Cristinca FULGA is a full professor at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The core topics of her teaching are Optimization methods of decision-making processes in economics and finance, Quantitative risk management, Stochastic simulation, and Mathematics for economics. Current research projects include the application of Portfolio Optimization Methods and Techniques in Business Optimization and Supply Chain Risk Management. Her work has been published in the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Decision Systems, Entropy, Economic Computation and Economic Cybernetics Studies and Research, Studies in Informatics and Control, etc. At the Master of Business Analytics, she will teach the course Business Optimization using Mathematical Programming which helps students have a knowledgeable approach and be able to respond to the need of businesses to make informed, correct, optimized decisions.
