Violeta Mihaela Dincă is a full university professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of Business Administration, in foreign languages. The core topics of her teaching are European Business Environment, International Business, Creativity in Business, Cultural Economics etc. Current research projects include two focused on Knowledge transfer in SMEs and on Social inclusion of students with special needs, respectively. Her work has been published in Journal of Intellectual Capital, Amfiteatru Economic, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Business Economics and Management, Transformations in Business and Economics, Sustainability, Energies etc. At the Masters of Business Analytics she will be teaching a course that Ethics and academic integrity develop students' ability to examine the ethical challenges of socio-economic research and to understand the relevance of academic integrity to an ethical climate in educational institutions.
